MADE TO ORDER ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY!

All items must be returned and received by us within 14 days of your original purchase date. All items must be returned to us in their original condition and must not be worn or washed and all packaging and labels must be intact. We do not offer exchanges.


We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.






Sestri London is not responsible for the cost of your return, you must pay for the returns shipping fee. Original shipping costs and any additional charges (taxes, duties and import fees) are non refundable. 

We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for the return until it has reached our returns address.


How do I return my item?
  • Please package your item in its original packaging and a suitable shipping bag/box. 
  • Write a note with your name, order number and reason for return on a note and place inside the parcel.
  • Send your parcel to the returns address stated on the bottom of your thankyou card using a tracked service. 
  • We will inspect your return upon arrival to ensure the condition of the clothing is acceptable. We will process your return to the original payment method. Please note it may take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
